At WOLFpak, we stand by the durability of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely package your WOLFpak gear.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Processing & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
